Congrats Ryan & Jessica

I didn't attend the wedding last night, as I was having a play date with my 7 month old baby friend Shayna and my grandmother, but my parents went and celebrated with the happy new couple.

Ryan and Jessica met while they were both living as ex-pats in Vietnam teaching English. While Jessica hailed from the great state of New Jersey (where my father grew up), Ryan grew up in rugged Colorado. Despite growing up in the same country, it took a life-changing trip halfway around the world to Vietnam for them to find each other. Pretty amazing.

Now, the countdown begins until I have another installment of New Friend Update.
